Tell us about your projectWho is responsible
UglyRobot, LLC operates this website and handles the information you submit.
What we collect
Project enquiries include your name, email, phone, preferred contact method, city, ZIP, property authorization, installation scope, system preference, timing and any optional project details or notes. We store your contact and sharing consent, a receipt, submission time and source page. Privacy requests collect your name, email, request type and optional notes. Spam checks process technical request information, including codes derived from IP addresses.
Operator notifications and review
When configured, your request can be sent to our operator’s notification system with the page address, referring page and campaign labels. Full URL and campaign metadata are not kept in this website’s enquiry database. Authorized operators and software they explicitly approve can review selected requests for internal work.
How we use and share it
We use your details to review and respond to your enquiry, assess a suitable provider match and handle privacy requests. With the contact and sharing consent you give in the enquiry form, an authorized operator may manually share your contact and relevant project details with providers responding to your installation enquiry. Providers may contact you about that project. We may receive compensation for a referral. Enquiries are reviewed before sharing; details are not automatically forwarded or added to marketing lists.
Service providers and access
Cloudflare provides hosting, enquiry storage and spam verification. GitHub stores private owner exports; hosted export files expire after one day. Authorized operators can review records and remain responsible for protecting downloaded copies.
Retention
Our retention target is 90 days. The operator removes expired records using a manual process; deletion does not run automatically on day 90.
